Woodside GC offers a wide variety of opportunities for Junior Golfers; Private Lessons, Group Clinics, Leagues and Tournaments. These options are all designed to fit into our Woodside GC Junior Golf Development Program. Our goal is to impact the youth of Airdrie by providing quality instruction, equipment,  advice and guidance that encourages their success on and off the golf course. 

Level 1 –   Cost $119.00 for 4 weeks of instruction

An introductory junior golf camp designed to introduce kids to the wonderful game of golf. Upon completion of the camp, juniors should have grasped the fundamentals including grip, stance and posture. Coaches emphasize fun, laughing and some quality learning. We do provide clubs if necessary and each week concludes with a hotdog and a drink. We also provide all level 1 campers with an awesome Woodside Junior golf t-shirt. This year, to add even more value to the level 1 camps, we are special “wind up days”, which will be separate no charge fun events for the kids. Dates to be determined.

Level 2 – Cost  $129.99 for 4 weeks of instruction (1.5hrs per week)

The level 2 program is designed to continue where the level 1 program left off. We expand on golf’s fundamentals and focus more attention to the individuals swing. We also touch on more advanced concepts and mechanics. The typical age range for the level 2 program is 9-13yrs old. The classes run 1.5 per week and touch on Chipping, Putting, Full Swing and general golf etiquette. A tee gift is provided, but this level does not include a food and beverage aspect.

Level 3 –  Cost  $249.99 for members and $329.99 for public

The level 3 program is designed for advanced juniors who are typically able to break 50 for 9 holes. The age range is usually 12-17yrs old.  The instruction includes discussing and executing advance techniques, video analysis, trouble shots and course management. This camp includes 1.5 hours of instruction, a proper lunch in our restaurant, and 9 holes of golf on our championship course.  The camp runs for 4 consecutive weeks.
